These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of Operation AI Ready™ (the "Program"), a service of GI 2 AI Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Jacksonville, North Carolina ("Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, checking the required consent boxes, and/or submitting payment, you ("you" or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

1. Program Description

Operation AI Ready™ is a self-paced, 30-day applied artificial intelligence literacy program designed for members of the military community, including active-duty service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses. The Program provides online lessons, exercises, and a completion credential delivered through the Foundation's designated learning platform and community space.

Program access, lessons, and community features are delivered through the Foundation's Squared Away™ membership platform, and an active, paid Squared Away™ membership is required to access and maintain Operation AI Ready™, as described in Section 3 below."

The Program is educational in nature. It is not a job placement service, staffing agency, or guarantee of employment, promotion, income, or certification by any third party.

2. Eligibility

The Program is intended for adults age 18 or older. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment requires submission of the required registration information and payment of the applicable Program fee. Access to Program content is granted upon successful payment processing. Pricing, payment terms, and refund eligibility are as stated at the time of enrollment and in the accompanying Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that:

Completion of the Program does not guarantee employment, a job offer, a promotion, a raise, or any specific income outcome.

Outcomes depend on factors outside the Foundation's control, including your own effort, prior experience, local labor market conditions, and decisions made by third-party employers.

Any completion credential issued through the Program reflects participation and completion of Program requirements. It is not a professional license, a third-party industry certification, or an accredited academic degree unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Program Access and Conduct

Access to Program materials and any associated community space (including Squared Away™ channels) is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share your login credentials, resell or redistribute Program content, or use the community space to harass, discriminate against, solicit, or advertise to other members.

The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any Member who violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct toward staff or other members, or misuses Program materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to lessons, videos, worksheets, the B.R.I.E.F. Framework, and related materials, is the property of GI 2 AI Foundation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Program materials for your personal educational use during and after your enrollment period. No other rights are granted.

7. Communications

By enrolling, you may separately consent to receive email and text message communications from the Foundation related to your enrollment, the Program, and related updates, as described in the consent confirmation presented during registration. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages and marketing emails at any time using the instructions provided in those messages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Foundation does not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular career, financial, or employment outcome will result from participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GI 2 AI Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your enrollment in or use of the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Foundation's total liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid to enroll in the Program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GI 2 AI Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of Program materials.

11. Termination

You may discontinue participation in the Program at any time; however, discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy. The Foundation may suspend or terminate your access to the Program for violation of these Terms, at its reasonable discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Foundation may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled Members. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
